Since 2014, Ukraine has been facing an ongoing conflict, leaving civil society in urgent need of reliable, non-corrupt channels to receive support. Many Ukrainians in the diaspora sought ways to provide meaningful aid, but lacked transparent and effective structures to do so.
Mezyan played a key role in supporting an association dedicated to assisting Ukrainian civil society. Our efforts focused on:
- Fundraising campaigns that successfully secured $1.8 million
- Establishing a network of 300 volunteers to provide on-the-ground assistance
- Partnering with local organizations to maximize impact
